Custom Streetwear, Skate & Surf Brand Printing — Orange County
Southern California is where this whole category came from, and the print quality on a streetwear drop is the difference between a brand people wear and a shirt people sleep in. The Printing Needle prints for surf, skate and streetwear labels out of our Garden Grove shop — we already print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun, so we know what retail-grade finishing actually means.
Two things separate a real brand shirt from a promo shirt: the blank and the hand feel. Heavyweight or boxy-fit blanks in the right garment dye, and a print that feels broken-in the day it ships. Ask for soft-hand plastisol by name — it is the cheaper premium option and it is what most of these drops should use. Water-based and discharge inks go softer still and sink into the fabric, which is the premium look, though they carry a smell until the first wash. We also do relabeling and private-label finishing so nothing in the collar says someone else's brand.
What We Print for Surf, Skate & Streetwear Brands
Screen printing, embroidery, DTF and DTG — all in-house in Garden Grove.
Small first runs to test a design before you commit inventory.
Heavyweight and boxy blanks, printed to scale for the cut.
Shoulder-to-shoulder placements done at the right scale.
Tagless neck prints or your own woven label, not the blank brand's.
The margin pieces in most streetwear lineups.
Raised puff, metallic and specialty finishes that read as premium.
Which Method Fits Your Order
We recommend the method that fits the job — not the one that is easiest for us.
Ask for it by name. Retail-grade durability with a broken-in feel from day one, and it costs no more than standard plastisol.
The premium option — ink dyes into the fabric so there is almost no hand. It carries a smell until the first wash; that is normal.
The value play for drops. 24+ pieces improves per-piece pricing, a suggestion only, never a requirement.
Caps, heavyweight hoodies and small full-color test runs before a real production run.

No job too small. No job too big.
We print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun — and for the schools, teams and restaurants down the street. There is no order minimum. For screen printing we suggest 24 pieces or more because the per-piece price drops, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.

Surf, Skate & Streetwear Brands — FAQ
Yes, and it is smart. No minimum here. Print small, see what sells, then scale the winner instead of eating dead inventory.
Yes. Tagless neck prints or sewn woven labels, so nothing in the collar says another brand.
Soft-hand plastisol for most drops — retail feel, best value, no smell. Water-based or discharge if you want the softest premium finish and can live with an odor until the first wash.
Yes, and we will scale the artwork to the cut rather than dropping a standard-size print on a boxy garment, which is what makes cheap streetwear look cheap.
Standard production is 5-7 business days after artwork approval, rush in 1-3 days. Call (714) 766-4601 if you have a release date to hit.
