Police, Fire & EMS Apparel — Duty Tees, Station Merch & Department Polos

Department and station orders come with rules: specific placement, specific colors, and shirts that have to survive being worn on shift. We print and embroider for police departments, fire stations, EMS crews and their associations across Southern California from our Garden Grove shop. First responders get our 10% community discount, always.

Station and unit orders are usually small and specific — 18 shirts for a shift, a run of association fundraiser tees, or polos for a command staff. That mix is exactly what we are set up for: no minimums, embroidery for anything worn daily, and printing when the order is a fundraiser and the count is high. We keep your artwork and placement specs on file so next year's batch matches this year's.

What We Print for First Responders, Police & Fire

Screen printing, embroidery, DTF and DTG — all in-house in Garden Grove.

Duty & off-duty tees

Department or unit graphics, comfortable enough for the whole shift.

Station & house shirts

Station number, crew nickname, unit identity.

Department polos

Embroidered, clean, appropriate for public-facing duty.

Association & fundraiser merch

Shirts and hoodies your association can sell.

Job shirts & hoodies

Heavyweight pieces for cold calls and early shifts.

Hats, bags & challenge merch

Embroidered caps and duffels for units and academies.

Which Method Fits Your Order

We recommend the method that fits the job — not the one that is easiest for us.

Embroidery

For polos, job shirts, jackets and hats — anything worn regularly on duty. Stitching handles the laundering.

Screen printing

Best value on duty tees and fundraiser runs at 24+ pieces. Soft-hand plastisol keeps a shift shirt comfortable.

DTF transfers

Small shift or unit orders and detailed full-color crests without screen setup fees.

DTG printing

Single custom pieces, retirement gifts and academy one-offs.

Custom apparel decoration for first responders, police & fire in Southern California

No job too small. No job too big.

We print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun — and for the schools, teams and studios down the street. There is no order minimum. For screen printing we suggest 24 pieces or more because the per-piece price drops, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.

Turnaround

Standard production is 5-7 business days after artwork approval. Rush service is available in 1-3 days. Memorial or event deadline? Call (714) 766-4601 and we will build around it.

First Responders, Police & Fire — FAQ

Do first responders get a discount?

Yes — 10% off for police, fire, EMS, nurses and other first responders, as well as schools, churches and nonprofits.

Can you print just 18 shirts for one shift?

Yes. There is no minimum. Under 24 pieces we typically use DTF transfers so you are not paying screen charges on a small run.

Can you match our department's exact placement specs?

Yes. Send us the specs with your artwork and we will confirm placement and sizing with you before production.

Can you produce fundraiser shirts our association can sell?

Yes. Tell us your target price point and we will recommend the garment and method that gets you there with margin left over.

Do you keep artwork on file for reorders?

Yes — artwork, thread colors and placement. A reorder next year will match this year's batch.
