Spirit wear has a deadline that does not move. Picture day, back-to-school night, the fundraiser that ends Friday - if the shirts are late, the moment is gone. The Printing Needle has printed for Southern California schools and PTAs for years out of our family-owned Garden Grove shop, and we plan backwards from your event date, not forwards from our schedule.
Most PTA and booster orders arrive as a mixed bag: a hand-drawn mascot, a photo of last year's shirt, and a spreadsheet of sizes from three grade levels. That is normal. Our in-house designer cleans up the artwork, we print youth and adult sizes on the same order, and you get one invoice you can take to the board.

Best value once you are ordering a real quantity. 24 pieces or more gets you better per-shirt pricing, but it is a suggestion, not a requirement.

How the Fundraiser Math Works
Two ways to run a spirit wear fundraiser, and the right one depends on whether you want the money up front or the inventory up front.
Collect orders and money with a form or a team store, then send us the final count. Zero leftover inventory and zero risk to the budget. Slightly higher per piece because the run is exactly the size it needs to be.
Order a size run in advance, sell at back to school night or the game. Better per piece price, but you carry whatever does not sell. Best when you have sold this design before and know your sizes.
A simple way to price it: take your per piece cost from the instant quote, round the sell price to the next clean number ($15, $20, $25), and your margin per shirt times your expected sell through is your fundraiser profit. We will tell you honestly which quantity break is worth stretching for and which one is not.
