Martial Arts & BJJ Academies — Custom Apparel
Martial Arts & BJJ Academy Apparel — Rashguards, Academy Tees & Fight Team Merch
An academy tee is a walking advertisement, and the people wearing it train in it four nights a week. We print for BJJ, muay thai, boxing and traditional martial arts academies across Southern California from our Garden Grove shop, and we pick the method based on how hard the garment is going to get used.
Academy apparel gets washed constantly and stretched hard. That rules some things out. We use soft-hand plastisol on cotton tees so the print stays flexible instead of cracking, and we tell you honestly when a design is too fine to survive on a training shirt. Selling academy merch at the front desk? We will keep sizes and artwork on file so restocking is a phone call.
What We Print for Martial Arts & BJJ Academies
Screen printing, embroidery, DTF and DTG — all in-house in Garden Grove.
Your logo on shirts students wear in and out of the gym.
The piece that sells itself in winter.
Team shirts for tournament weekends, dated and specific.
Custom patches for gis and rashguards.
Embroidered, so it reads professional at seminars.
Youth sizes for the after-school and little-tigers classes.
Which Method Fits Your Order
We recommend the method that fits the job — not the one that is easiest for us.
Best for academy tees and hoodies at 24+ pieces. Soft-hand plastisol keeps the print flexible on a shirt that gets worn hard.
Instructor polos, hats and jackets. Also the right method for gi patches — stitching survives grappling and bleach.
Small fight-team runs and full-color designs. No screen setup, so 12 tournament shirts is realistic.
One-off designs, seminar shirts and photo-real artwork in tiny quantities.

No job too small. No job too big.
We print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun — and for the schools, teams and studios down the street. There is no order minimum. For screen printing we suggest 24 pieces or more because the per-piece price drops, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.
Turnaround
Standard production is 5-7 business days. Rush service is available in 1-3 days. Tournament date coming up? Call (714) 766-4601 and we will work backward from it.
Martial Arts & BJJ Academies — FAQ
Not if it is done right. We use soft-hand plastisol, which stays flexible instead of sitting on top of the fabric like a hard shell. It is also the cheaper of the soft-feel options.
Yes. We produce custom embroidered patches for gis, rashguards and jackets. Stitched patches handle the wash and the friction far better than printed ones.
Yes. Start with a small run to see what moves, then reorder. There is no minimum, and your artwork and thread colors stay on file so restocks match.
We print on polyester and performance blends. Those fabrics need specific handling to avoid dye migration — that is why we ask what garment you have in mind before quoting.
Yes, with DTF transfers. Full color, no per-color setup, so a 12-piece order is not penalized the way it would be with screens.
