The Printing Needle prints for Southern California nonprofits, charity walks and fundraising campaigns from our Garden Grove shop, and we are used to working inside a budget that came from a grant or a board vote.
Two practical things save nonprofits the most money. First, garment choice: certain blanks give you a noticeably better price at the same look and feel, and we will point you at them instead of quietly upselling. Second, sponsor backs - if your sponsors are on the shirt, the shirt can pay for itself before the event starts. We do that layout all the time.

We print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun - and for the schools, teams and restaurants down the street. There is no order minimum. For screen printing we suggest 24 pieces or more because the per-piece price drops, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.
