A race shirt is the thing every participant walks away with, and the thing your sponsors paid to be on. The Printing Needle prints 5K, charity walk, fun run and awareness event apparel for Southern California nonprofits and event organizers from our Garden Grove shop — and yes, community organizations get our 10% discount.
Race orders come with three constraints: a fixed event date, a size spread from youth small to 3XL, and a sponsor logo layout that has to keep every donor happy. Plan sizes with a bell curve weighted toward M-XL, and order a few extra of the middle sizes for day-of registrations. On sponsors, we lay out the back print so the title sponsor reads first and the smaller logos stay legible, then send you a proof to circulate before anything prints. Distinguish volunteers and staff with a different shirt color so participants can find help.

We print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun — and for the schools, teams and restaurants down the street. There is no order minimum. For screen printing we suggest 24 pieces or more because the per-piece price drops, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.
