We are a family run shop in Garden Grove, and our name is on every box that leaves here. So here is exactly what we stand behind, in plain language, with the numbers we actually hold ourselves to. No small print you have to hunt for.
The short version
- Printed wrong, we fix it. Reprint or refund, your choice, on any defect reported within 7 days of delivery.
- You see it before we print it. Nothing goes on the press without a proof you approved.
- You get a real date. 5 to 7 business days after proof approval, or a rush date if you need one. If a date is at risk you hear it from us first.
- No surprise charges. The price we quote is the price you pay. Setup, ink colors and sizes are all in the quote before you commit.
- A human answers. Call (714) 766-4601 during shop hours and you get the shop, not a queue.
The details
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. If we printed it wrong, printed the wrong art, or the print fails, we reprint it or refund it. Your choice.
An approved proof is final, so please read it carefully, including spelling and sizes. If a mistake slips through on your side we will always help you fix it, usually at cost, but it is not covered as a defect.
No, and no honest shop does on garments. Ink behaves differently on different fabrics and colors. We match as closely as the process allows and we tell you up front when a color will shift.
Within half an inch. Garments are sewn by hand and stretch on the press, so a half inch tolerance is the industry standard. If a piece is outside that, it is a defect and we replace it.
On larger runs up to 2% of garments can be lost to press issues. We account for it when we plan your order. If it affects your count we tell you before you pick up, and we make it right.
Standard production is 5 to 7 business days from the moment you approve your proof, and rush options are 3 to 5 business days or 24 to 72 hours. If we are going to miss your date, you hear it from us first, not after the deadline.
Why we publish this
Most shops make you find their terms buried in a policy page after something has gone wrong. We would rather you read them before you order, decide we are being straight with you, and hold us to it. These terms match our refund policy exactly, word for word in substance.
