Performance fabric is its own problem. Polyester and poly-blend athletic wear does not take standard ink the way cotton does - the garment dye can bleed into the print after curing, and heavy coverage kills the stretch. We use the right ink system and lighter-coverage layouts on performance garments so your tank still moves. For gyms doing regular merch drops, we keep your artwork ready so a restock is a phone call, not a project.

Best value for merch runs and event tees. Soft-hand plastisol keeps a printed tee feeling light. 24+ pieces improves per-piece pricing - a suggestion, not a rule.

We print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun - and for the schools, teams and restaurants down the street. There is no order minimum. For screen printing we suggest 24 pieces or more because the per-piece price drops, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.
