School Band & Music Programs — Custom Apparel
Marching Band & Music Program Apparel — Show Shirts, Hoodies & Staff Polos
Band directors are running a program, not a purchasing department. You need show shirts for 120 students, hoodies the boosters can sell, and polos for staff — all on a budget that was set months ago. We print for school music programs across Southern California from our Garden Grove shop and we quote in a way you can actually put in front of your principal.
Your show design changes every year, and it is usually detailed — artwork with gradients, instrument silhouettes and a season theme. That drives the method choice: detailed multi-color art on a big roster is screen printing territory, but if you only need 20 staff shirts in the same design, we will use DTF so you are not paying for screens twice. Schools, teachers and staff get our 10% community discount.
What We Print for School Band & Music Programs
Screen printing, embroidery, DTF and DTG — all in-house in Garden Grove.
Season artwork on the full roster, sized youth through adult.
Drumline, brass, color guard — same design, section-specific back print.
Embroidered program logo, looks right at festival check-in.
Shirts and hoodies your boosters can sell to fund the trip.
Practice tees, warm-ups and bags.
Dated event shirts students keep after the season.
Which Method Fits Your Order
We recommend the method that fits the job — not the one that is easiest for us.
The right call for show shirts. Once you are over 24 pieces the per-piece price drops hard, and plastisol holds detail on dark garments.
Ask for it by name. Students complain about stiff prints; soft-hand plastisol feels broken-in from day one and costs no more.
Staff polos, director jackets and hats. Professional digitizing is a one-time cost, then every reorder is stitch-ready.
For small staff or section orders in a detailed design — no screen setup, so 20 pieces is not penalized.

No job too small. No job too big.
We print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun — and for the schools, teams and studios down the street. There is no order minimum. For screen printing we suggest 24 pieces or more because the per-piece price drops, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.
Turnaround
Standard production is 5-7 business days after artwork approval. Rush service is available in 1-3 days. Send us your season timeline and we will schedule production around your first performance date.
School Band & Music Programs — FAQ
Yes — 10% off for schools, teachers, PTAs and school staff. Mention your program when you request the quote and we will apply it.
Comfortably. Large roster orders are exactly where screen printing pays off, and we produce everything in-house so we control the schedule.
No, but it affects cost. Multi-color art means more screens. Send us the file and we will tell you what it will cost and whether a small simplification would save real money.
Yes. No minimums, and your artwork stays on file, so a 6-piece reorder in November matches the September batch.
Yes. We work with school and district purchasing regularly — tell us what your office needs on the paperwork.
