What we do

Screen printing, including soft hand plastisol, water based and discharge inks, halftones and simulated process for photos and gradients.
Embroidery on polos, caps, beanies, jackets and bags, digitized and stitched in house.
DTF transfers and gang sheets, full color, no setup fees, shipped nationwide.
DTG printing for photo quality prints on cotton in small runs.
Graphic design and artwork prep, including vectorizing and print ready file setup.

Minimums

No minimums. Screen printing is usually cheapest at 24+. Under that we quote DTF or DTG too, so you can choose.
DTF and DTG have no setup fees and no minimum, we will print one piece.
Screen printing has a one-time setup per color; your instant quote shows it before you order.
There is no dollar minimum order.

Turnaround

Every order gets a free digital mockup to approve before anything is printed.
Standard production is 5-7 business days after you approve your mockup, then your order ships or is ready for pickup.
Rush is available at 3-5 business days, or 24-72 hours, after mockup approval, at higher price points. Need it faster? Contact us.
DTF gang sheets are usually ready in 2-3 business days, rush available.
The clock starts at proof approval, not at order placement.

Getting a price

You can get a real price yourself in about a minute on our instant quote page, no phone call and no waiting for an email.
Sizes S through XL are base priced; 2XL and up cost a little more.
Embroidery is priced per logo position, plus a one-time digitizing step per design.
Shipping is a flat rate by order total, shown at checkout, and free on large orders. We ship nationwide. In store pickup is free.
10% community discount for Orange County schools, PTAs, churches, nonprofits, first responders and youth sports. Ask when you reach out.

Blanks we print on

4,742 blank styles are browsable on our catalog page, including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Next Level, Independent Trading, Jerzees, Hanes and Port & Company.
Bring your own garments and we will print on them. Tell us the garment type and color when you order.

Our guarantee, in short

Defect claims within 7 days of delivery.
Up to 2% spoilage on large runs is industry standard and accounted for.
Placement tolerance is half an inch. Exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed on garments.
An approved proof is final, so please read your proof carefully.
