A family reunion shirt is the group photo. It is the thing that ends up framed in somebody's hallway for the next twenty years, so it is worth getting right. The Printing Needle prints reunion shirts for Southern California families out of our Garden Grove shop, and we have done enough of them to know where these orders usually go sideways.
The two things that trip up reunion orders are sizes and names. You will need toddler sizes and 4XL in the same order, so we pick a garment that runs the full range in the same color and fabric, otherwise Grandma's shirt is a different shade of navy than the kids'. And if you want individual names or roles on the back, get us the list early and spelled the way each person spells it. We will send a proof before anything prints so the whole family can argue about the design before ink hits fabric, not after.

Best value once you are over roughly two dozen shirts, which most reunions are. 24+ pieces improves the per-piece price, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.

We print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun - and for the schools, teams and restaurants down the street. There is no order minimum. For screen printing we suggest 24 pieces or more because the per-piece price drops, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.

Yes. Send us a rough idea, a sketch or even a Pinterest screenshot and we will build a proper design and send you a proof before printing. Professional digitizing is handled in-house for embroidered items.
Yes. Send the list as a spreadsheet exactly as each name should be spelled, and we will confirm it back to you before production.
No minimum. A reunion of twelve people is a perfectly normal order here.
