The Printing Needle prints and embroiders for Southern California salons, spas, barbershops, nail studios and med spas out of our Garden Grove shop.
Most shops here are booth-rental or small-team, so orders are small and personal — three stylists, five barbers, a front desk person. That is fine, there is no minimum. The practical issue is chemicals: bleach, color and developer destroy printed graphics fast, so we push embroidery on smocks and aprons and keep printing for the retail merch you sell to clients. We also add individual first names, which clients notice more than a logo.

For retail merch runs. 24+ pieces improves the per-piece price, suggested only.

We print for brands that sell to Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Fashion Nova and PacSun — and for the schools, teams and restaurants down the street. There is no order minimum. For screen printing we suggest 24 pieces or more because the per-piece price drops, but it is a suggestion, never a requirement.
