Contract Printing and Private Label
Contract Printing and Private Label in Orange County
For apparel brands, other print shops and anyone who needs decoration and retail finishing done properly and on a date. We are a family run production shop in Garden Grove, California, and contract work is a real part of what we do, not a favor we squeeze in.
No job is too small or too big. A dozen pieces for a sample run or tens of thousands on a program, we will take it either way and quote it honestly.
What we do not do: we do not cut and sew garments, and we do not manufacture woven labels. Everything between a blank and a retail ready piece, we do.
What we run
Bring your own blanks or ours. Soft hand plastisol, water based and discharge, halftones and simulated process. Screens are $35 each and free at 500+ per design and location.
Industrial multi head Tajima machines. Digitizing is $45 per position, one time, and the file is yours.
Buy the transfers alone and press them yourself, or have us print and press. No minimum, no setup.
We remove the manufacturer tag and print your label in its place, so the garment reads as yours.
We do not manufacture woven tags. Send yours and we sew them in, neck or side seam.
Sewn in at the hem, your tags, your placement.
Folded to spec, polybagged, barcoded or price ticketed, ready for a shelf or a shipment.
If you are a shop that is jammed up, we will run your overflow. Your customer never hears from us.
Bring your own garments
Send in your blanks and we print or embroider them. We run a test piece first so nobody is guessing about how your fabric takes ink, we count your garments in, and we count them back out to you. On large runs, up to 2% spoilage is normal in this trade and we tell you about it before you pick up, never after.
Overflow work, handled quietly
If you run a shop and you are buried, we will take the overflow. Your customer never hears from us, nothing ships with our name on it unless you want it there, and we do not go around you. Shops that send us overflow keep sending it, which is the only reference that matters.
Questions we get asked
No. We do not cut and sew. Everything else in the finishing chain we handle, and you can bring your own garments or we can source blanks for you.
No, we do not manufacture them. Ship us your woven or printed labels and we will sew them into the neck or the side seam. If you want your brand in the neck without a woven tag, we can remove the manufacturer tag and print your label there instead.
Yes. Send them in, we run a test piece first so nobody is guessing on how the fabric takes ink, then we run the job. Blanks are your responsibility to count in and we count them back out to you.
Yes, and we treat it as confidential. Your customer stays your customer, your packaging stays your packaging, and nothing we ship carries our name unless you ask for it.
No minimums. Screen printing is usually cheapest at 24+, and under that we quote DTF or DTG too so you can choose. Contract and program pricing is quoted directly, not off the public calculator, because it depends on volume, repeat schedule and how much finishing you need. Call or email and we will price your program.
Standard is 5 to 7 business days after you approve the proof. Rush is 3 to 5 business days, or 24 to 72 hours at a higher rate. On repeat programs we will hold a schedule with you.
Yes, in the sense that matters to most brands: your neck label printed or sewn, your hem tag, your fold, your bag, your ticket. What we do not do is manufacture the blank or the woven tag itself.
Contract pricing is quoted one on one, so skip the calculator. Call (714) 766-4601 or email Sales@PrintingNeedle.com and tell us what you run, what you need finished, and how often. We will tell you straight away whether we are the right shop for it.

I was in a total crunch. I already had the shirt and design, but needed it printed last minute and these guys came through. They did such an incredible job and were able to complete my small order of 1 shirt the same day.
The Printing Needle is a great place for embroidery orders, and they will accept any order no matter how small. Efficient, friendly, and professional service. My order turned out great.
The business did an amazing job fixing the low-res images that I provided and designing the apparel according to my requests.
