Direct-to-film printing prints your full-color design onto a clear film, coats it with adhesive powder, and cures it into a ready-to-press transfer. Because there are no screens to burn, there is no setup cost - which is what makes DTF the best answer for small quantities, one-off orders, and designs with dozens of colors or photographic gradients.
DTF also ignores fabric rules that limit other methods. Cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, performance wear, canvas bags, fleece, nylon - if it survives a heat press, DTF will bond to it.
