It lays down thinner and breaks in fast without the premium price tag of water-based or discharge inks. For dark garments we underbase with white so colors stay bright instead of muddying into the fabric.
We do not enforce minimums. One shirt for a birthday, twelve for a startup, three thousand for a school district — all real orders we have run. If your quantity is small, we will tell you honestly when DTF or DTG will cost you less than screen printing, because sending you the cheaper route is how we earn the reorder.
