Our Embroidery Process
Every logo is hand-digitized into a stitch file matched to the garment, fabric weight, stretch and texture all change how a design sews out. We run a test piece, inspect it, and tune stitch density and underlay before the full order starts. That step is why our embroidery still looks clean after a season of wear instead of puckering or blurring.

Artwork
Send whatever you have. Vector files are ideal, high-resolution raster images are usually fine, and if you are starting from a screenshot or a hand drawing our designers will rebuild it properly. Nothing goes into production until you have approved a digital proof.
Care
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Skip bleach and fabric softener, and do not iron directly over the decoration. Treated this way, a properly cured print or a properly digitized embroidery outlasts the garment it is on.
