How Our Embroidery Works
Before a single stitch runs, your logo is digitized by hand into a stitch file, this is what separates embroidery that looks sharp from embroidery that looks fuzzy. We set stitch direction, density and underlay for the specific fabric, sew a test piece, and adjust before your order goes on the machines. Thread behaves nothing like ink, so small text and fine detail get extra attention.

Artwork
Send whatever you have. Vector files are ideal, high-resolution raster images are usually fine, and if you are starting from a screenshot or a hand drawing our designers will rebuild it properly. Nothing goes into production until you have approved a digital proof.
Care Instructions
Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low, no bleach or softener, and never press an iron straight onto the design. Follow that and the decoration will not be what fails first.
