How Our Screen Printing Works
Each color in your design gets its own hand-burned screen, registered on press and printed with the ink system that suits the garment. For a soft, broken-in feel we use soft-hand plastisol; for a premium vintage finish we can quote water-based or discharge inks. Prints are flash-cured between colors and run through the dryer so they survive real laundry.
Who Orders These
Sports teams and leagues, school spirit wear and PTA fundraisers, church groups, company merch and employee onboarding kits, tournament and event shirts, streetwear brands, and nonprofits running fundraisers. We print for brands that sell into Macy's, Ross, TJ Maxx and Fashion Nova, and the same quality control runs on a 12-piece order.
What We Need From You
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest result, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG works fine too. If all you have is a photo of an old shirt or a sketch, our in-house design team can redraw it. Every order gets a digital proof for your approval before we touch a garment.
Care Instructions
Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low, no bleach or softener, and never press an iron straight onto the design. Follow that and the decoration will not be what fails first.
