Which Pukka should you pick?
Straight advice from the people who will actually print it. If you tell us what the shirt is for, we will pick for you and say so if a cheaper style would do the same job.
- For hats and beanies, start with Pukka 5000M, the Rudder Five-Panel Cap. 16 colors to choose from, which is the widest run in this part of the line, so nobody on the committee gets told no. We also stock 6 other hats and beanies from Pukka if you want options.
Caps, polos, jackets and bags almost always look better stitched than printed, so we quote those as embroidery first.
How we decorate Pukka
Embroidery
Stitched logos on caps, polos, jackets and bags. One piece minimum and priced per position, so a left chest logo and a back of cap design are quoted separately.
Screen Printing
Our best value once you are at 24 pieces or more. Plastisol ink laid down thick and bright, and with halftones it handles photographs and gradients too.
DTF Transfers
No minimum and no setup fee, full color. The right answer for one shirt, for a busy multi color design, or for names and numbers on a team order.
DTG Printing
Ink printed straight into cotton for a soft hand feel with no raised layer. Great for one offs and photo heavy artwork.

- Send your artwork. Vector is ideal, but we work with what you have and clean it up.
- We send a proof. Nothing gets printed until you approve it.
- Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. Rush is 1 to 3 days.
Local community discount. If you serve this community, schools, teachers, churches, nonprofits and first responders, we take 10% off. Every order, no expiration.

Questions about custom Pukka
Is there a minimum order for custom Pukka?
No. We print one piece with DTF or DTG and stitch one piece with embroidery. Screen printing becomes the cheapest route at 24 pieces and up, but it is a recommendation, not a requirement.
How long does a custom Pukka order take?
Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after you approve your proof. Rush service is available in 1 to 3 days. If you need a specific date, call us at (714) 766-4601 and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.
Can I mix Pukka styles and sizes in one order?
Yes. You can mix sizes freely, and you can mix styles and colors in the same order. Adding a second garment to the same design is normal for us.
Do you have Pukka in stock?
We stock nothing dead. We pull Pukka from our distributor's live inventory, so the styles you see are the ones available now. Stock moves fast in popular colors, so we confirm availability when we build your quote.
