Which OAD should you pick?

Straight advice from the people who will actually print it. If you tell us what the shirt is for, we will pick for you and say so if a cheaper style would do the same job.

• For bags and totes, start with OAD OAD101, the Economical Sport Pack. 10 colors to choose from, which is the widest run in this part of the line, so nobody on the committee gets told no. We also stock 24 other bags and totes from OAD if you want options.
• For accessories, start with OAD OAD1118, the Value Rally Towel. 6 color options and a size run that covers a whole group, which is why it is the one we reach for first. We also stock 2 other accessories from OAD if you want options.

Caps, polos, jackets and bags almost always look better stitched than printed, so we quote those as embroidery first.

2. Send your artwork. Vector is ideal, but we work with what you have and clean it up.
3. We send a proof. Nothing gets printed until you approve it.
4. Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. Rush is 1 to 3 days.

Questions about custom OAD

Is there a minimum order for custom OAD?

No. We print one piece with DTF or DTG and stitch one piece with embroidery. Screen printing becomes the cheapest route at 24 pieces and up, but it is a recommendation, not a requirement.

How long does a custom OAD order take?

Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after you approve your proof. Rush service is available in 1 to 3 days. If you need a specific date, call us at (714) 766-4601 and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Can I mix OAD styles and sizes in one order?

Yes. You can mix sizes freely, and you can mix styles and colors in the same order. Adding a second garment to the same design is normal for us.

Do you have OAD in stock?

We stock nothing dead. We pull OAD from our distributor's live inventory, so the styles you see are the ones available now. Stock moves fast in popular colors, so we confirm availability when we build your quote.
