Which Boxercraft should you pick?
Straight advice from the people who will actually print it. If you tell us what the shirt is for, we will pick for you and say so if a cheaper style would do the same job.
- For pants and shorts, start with Boxercraft BM6624, the Men's Harley Flannel Pants. 40 colors to choose from, which is the widest run in this part of the line, so nobody on the committee gets told no. We also stock 40 other pants and shorts from Boxercraft if you want options.
- For t-shirts, start with Boxercraft BM2103, the Men's Basic Crew T-Shirt. 19 color options and a size run that covers a whole group, which is why it is the one we reach for first. We also stock 13 other t-shirts from Boxercraft if you want options.
- For crewneck sweatshirts, start with Boxercraft BW1102, the Women's Cuddle Oversize Pullover Sweater. 8 colors and consistent stock, so a reorder in three months still matches the first batch. We also stock 13 other crewneck sweatshirts from Boxercraft if you want options.
- For hoodies, start with Boxercraft BW5404, the Women's Cropped Fleece Hooded Sweatshirt. 7 colors available, and it is the piece we have printed the most of, so we know exactly how it behaves under ink. We also stock 10 other hoodies from Boxercraft if you want options.
Caps, polos, jackets and bags almost always look better stitched than printed, so we quote those as embroidery first.
How we decorate Boxercraft
Embroidery
Stitched logos on caps, polos, jackets and bags. One piece minimum and priced per position, so a left chest logo and a back of cap design are quoted separately.
Screen Printing
Our best value once you are at 24 pieces or more. Plastisol ink laid down thick and bright, and with halftones it handles photographs and gradients too.
DTF Transfers
No minimum and no setup fee, full color. The right answer for one shirt, for a busy multi color design, or for names and numbers on a team order.
DTG Printing
Ink printed straight into cotton for a soft hand feel with no raised layer. Great for one offs and photo heavy artwork.
Who orders custom Boxercraft
Boxercraft is the practical pick when the piece count is high and the budget is real, for community events, volunteer crews and congregation wide orders.
How an order works
- Tell us the Boxercraft style, sizes and how you want it decorated, or build it yourself in the instant quote.
- Send your artwork. Vector is ideal, but we work with what you have and clean it up.
- We send a proof. Nothing gets printed until you approve it.
- Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. Rush is 1 to 3 days.
Local community discount. If you serve this community, schools, teachers, churches, nonprofits and first responders, we take 10% off. Every order, no expiration.
Every quote request gets a reply within 1 business day. Questions right now? Call (714) 766-4601.

Questions about custom Boxercraft
Is there a minimum order for custom Boxercraft?
No. DTF and DTG start at one piece, and we stitch one piece with embroidery. Screen printing becomes the cheapest route at 24 pieces and up, but it is a recommendation, not a requirement.
How long does a custom Boxercraft order take?
Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after you approve your proof. Rush service is available in 1 to 3 days. If you need a specific date, call us at (714) 766-4601 and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.
Can I mix Boxercraft styles and sizes in one order?
Yes. You can mix sizes freely, and you can mix styles and colors in the same order. Adding a second garment to the same design is normal for us.
Do you have Boxercraft in stock?
We stock nothing dead. We pull Boxercraft from our distributor's live inventory, so the styles you see are the ones available now. Stock moves fast in popular colors, so we confirm availability when we build your quote.

I was in a total crunch. I already had the shirt and design, but needed it printed last minute and these guys came through. They did such an incredible job and were able to complete my small order of 1 shirt the same day.
The Printing Needle is a great place for embroidery orders, and they will accept any order no matter how small. Efficient, friendly, and professional service. My order turned out great.
The business did an amazing job fixing the low-res images that I provided and designing the apparel according to my requests.
