Which A4 should you pick?

Straight advice from the people who will actually print it. If you tell us what the shirt is for, we will pick for you and say so if a cheaper style would do the same job.

• For long sleeve tees, start with A4 A4N3165, the Cooling Performance Long Sleeve Tee. 28 colors to choose from, which is the widest run in this part of the line, so nobody on the committee gets told no. We also stock 5 other long sleeve tees from A4 if you want options.

For light garments we print white ink straight down with no underbase. On dark garments colored ink needs a white underbase, which is normal and already included when we quote you.

How an order works

1. Tell us the A4 style, sizes and how you want it decorated, or build it yourself in the instant quote.
2. Send your artwork. Vector is ideal, but we work with what you have and clean it up.
3. We send a proof. Nothing gets printed until you approve it.
4. Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. Rush is 1 to 3 days.

Questions about custom A4

Is there a minimum order for custom A4?

No. DTF and DTG start at one piece, and we stitch one piece with embroidery. Screen printing becomes the cheapest route at 24 pieces and up, but it is a recommendation, not a requirement.

How long does a custom A4 order take?

Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after you approve your proof. Rush service is available in 1 to 3 days. If you need a specific date, call us at (714) 766-4601 and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Can I mix A4 styles and sizes in one order?

Yes. You can mix sizes freely, and you can mix styles and colors in the same order. Adding a second garment to the same design is normal for us.

Do you have A4 in stock?

We stock nothing dead. We pull A4 from our distributor's live inventory, so the styles you see are the ones available now. Stock moves fast in popular colors, so we confirm availability when we build your quote.
