How DTF Transfers Work

Your artwork is printed onto film with a white ink underbase, coated with adhesive powder and cured, producing a full-color transfer that is ready to heat press. DTF bonds to cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, canvas and performance fabrics — the materials that give screen printing trouble. Gradients, photographs and unlimited colors cost the same as a one-color design, which is why DTF wins for small runs, one-offs and reorders.

Whether it is a dozen shirts for a family event or a few thousand for a brand launch, the process is the same: artwork check, digital proof, print, inspect, package.

What We Need From You

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest result, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG works fine too. If all you have is a photo of an old shirt or a sketch, our in-house design team can redraw it. Every order gets a digital proof for your approval before we touch a garment.

Care

Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Skip bleach and fabric softener, and do not iron directly over the decoration. Treated this way, a properly cured print or a properly digitized embroidery outlasts the garment it is on.
