Match The Fabric To The Job
Outdoor and physical work needs moisture-wicking polyester or a poly blend, not heavy cotton. Kitchen and warehouse work needs something that survives industrial washing and hides stains, which is why darker colors and mid-weight blends dominate. Client-facing office roles want a soft-touch polo that presses well. Cold-weather crews want a quarter-zip or fleece, because a jacket over the uniform hides your branding for five months of the year.
Embroidery Is Usually The Right Call
Uniforms are washed constantly, so embroidery earns its slightly higher price by outlasting the garment.
