The Realistic Ordering Timeline

- Order 5-10% extra units. New hires, size exchanges, and "I forgot to fill out the form" employees always show up.
- Ask for a sample before the full run if it's a VIP-tier gift, you want to feel the fabric weight and see the embroidery in person, not just on a mockup.
- Neutral colors travel further. A gift that has to work for clients, vendors, and staff of every taste does better in charcoal, navy, or heather gray than in a bold seasonal print.
- Skip anything that screams "Christmas." A gift with a snowflake print is a Christmas gift. A well-made hoodie with your logo is a gift someone wears in March, too.
